Luiz Carlos Trabuco was born and raised in Sao Paolo, Brazil, in South America. He graduated from the School of Sociology & Politics University of Sao Paulo, with a post-graduate degree in Science, Philosophy, Language, and Arts. He was born in a city called Marilia which is actually the same city that Bradesco was birthed in. He quickly joined Bradesco and worked closely with Bradesco Seguros starting in 1969 and moved up the ranks and became president of Bradesco from 2003 to 2009. His work done at that time gained responsibility for over 30% of the company’s profits. His goal was to give everyone who worked they’re a voice and did this by keeping a strong focus on the municipalities. His desire to achieve success and give back to the community was shown in a specific instance when he created a Corporate University in Brazil.
